Ok, so we all hear the news and read the papers. Everyday we hear a different fitness craze or different method to achieving weight loss or obtaining the perfect body. It seems that the experts can never make up their minds. Margarine is better than butter, oh wait a minute, no it isn’t. Wine can help prevent heart disease, whoa hang on there; it actually helps prevent cancers, aghhh which it is???!!! At the end of the day, exercise tips are not rocket science. Too often we hear of the latest fitness tips or the latest piece of equipment that is going to help you achieve your fitness goals. This is all nicely decorated to convince you to participate in some form of exercise.
However we should never lose focus, remember exercise doesn’t need to be complicated for you to achieve your goals or aspirations. Lets get back to basics! Thirty minutes of regular moderate exercise will help you gain results if you’re interested in weight or shape management. Gone are the days of the no pain no gain ideologies.
