As part of our commitment to health and fitness in the community we offer you a unique journey to everyone that joins Eze Fitness. We call it our Big Rocks.

The concept behind Big Rocks is to help us develop a health and fitness programme that focuses on you and your lifestyle to ensure you make the most of your limited time. It enables us to keep in constant contact with you ensuring you are achieving you ultimate goals, and managing your time efficiently.

Over your five-week Journey, our fitness team will guide you through the basic elements of a successful exercise regime and educate you to achieve and conquer your fitness goals.

To get you started with your exercise programme, you will have your first two appointments booked on the day you join and don’t forget to bring your diary with you on your first session so we can book your third! We provide you with fact sheets for each session giving you essential information to succeed in your first 5 weeks and just incase you were wondering we will test you on them!!
